Sennheiser has unveiled the Accentum Wireless, a new pair of mid-range headphones that inherits some features from its flagship model, the $380 Momentum 4. Priced at $180, the Accentum Wireless offers similar sound quality to its more expensive counterpart, along with hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC) and a 50-hour battery life. The headphones utilize 37mm dynamic transducers and Bluetooth 5.2 with multipoint connectivity. They also support aptX HD, AAC, and SBC codecs.
The Accentum Wireless boasts a battery life of up to 50 hours on a single charge and can be quick-charged for an additional five hours of playtime in just 10 minutes. These headphones are equipped with two mics featuring wind-reduction mode and adjustable sidetone, allowing users to control the level of their own voice during calls. Moreover, they can be paired with the Sennheiser Smart Control app, offering users a five-band equalizer, user presets, software updates, and management of multipoint connections.
Sennheiser emphasizes that the Accentum Wireless not only offers long-lasting battery life but also ensures comfort during prolonged use. The earcup and headband padding adapt effortlessly to the wearer’s shape, providing a secure and natural fit. The headphones are available in black starting October 4, with pre-orders beginning on September 26. The white colorway will be released in late November. Interested buyers can purchase the Accentum Wireless for $180 from select retailers and Sennheiser’s website.
