Renders and spec sheets for the Zenfone 11 Ultra have surfaced inside the most recent firmware of the ROG Phone 8, suggesting that this device could actually be a rebranded ROG Phone 8 Pro with minor specification changes. This news comes to us thanks to a Redditor named Td3v1l, who stumbled upon these renders and images relating to the Zenfone 11 Ultra. The new information also suggests that the Zenfone 11 Ultra might coexist with the Zenfone 11, giving users more choice in terms of a compact Android flagship.
The leaked render images indicate that the Zenfone 11 Ultra hews closely to the design of the ROG Phone 8, which is not surprising given that the ROG Phone had itself moved closer to the Zenfone lineup. The presence of leaked spec sheets also reveals some key specifications of the Zenfone 11 Ultra, including a large, high quality AMOLED display with fast refresh rates, high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM.
