FOX Business host Larry Kudlow discussed the recent death of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar on “Kudlow.” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described the situation as “light prevailing over darkness” following Sinwar’s death, which was confirmed through DNA and dental testing. Sinwar, responsible for orchestrating the massacre at an international music festival on October 7, 2023, was killed by Israeli forces in Southern Gaza. Despite his death, the conflict continues with approximately one hundred hostages still in captivity, including Americans, and two top Hamas leaders residing in Qatar.
Kudlow noted that if Qatar were aligned more closely with American interests, they could arrest the Hamas leaders living in exile there and extradite them to Israel to face justice. This, he suggested, could potentially end the ongoing conflict. Conversely, Kudlow criticized the Biden-Harris administration for urging Israel to increase aid to Gaza, as a significant portion is reportedly seized by Hamas.
He further claimed that evidence suggests many individuals associated with U.N. refugee relief are either affiliated with or sympathetic to Hamas. Notably, one of Sinwar’s bodyguards was reportedly carrying a passport stating he was a teacher for UNRWA. Kudlow advocated for the U.S. administration to allow Israel to continue its military operations without interference, suggesting that Israel is effectively dealing with Hamas and Hezbollah and might soon target Iranian military installations.
The commentary reflects Kudlow’s perspective from his address on the October 17, 2024, edition of “Kudlow.”
