Heather and Terry Dubrow have put their Beverly Hills mansion on the market with an asking price of $25 million. The couple, known for their appearances on “Real Housewives of Orange County” and “Botched,” originally purchased the 8.3-acre property in July 2023 for $16.1 million from the estate of the late filmmaker Martha De Laurentiis, as reported by Robb Report.
The mansion, built in the 1940s, is being listed by celebrity real estate agents Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman California and Josh Flagg of Compass. The estate’s design features a main residence with classic architecture, a grand entry foyer with dual sweeping staircases, and interiors filled with natural light.
According to Altman, the Dubrows are selling the property because it is too spacious for their current needs, with only one child remaining at home while the others are now adults. The couple has been enjoying traveling and finds their penthouse to be more fitting.
The property includes five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, overlooking the Los Angeles skyline. It offers a range of amenities such as a tennis court, multiple fireplaces, dual walk-in closets, and bathrooms, along with a library and a media room. Additional features include a private seating area surrounded by greenery, a swimming pool, and an outdoor spa.
Heather Dubrow recently shared several photos of the home on social media, one of which shows her posing with agents Altman and Flagg. In her post, she humorously questioned how many Joshes are needed to sell the estate, accompanied by a collection of photos showcasing the property.
