The second incident happened in Philadelphia, involving a Mach-E colliding with two stationary vehicles, resulting in the deaths of both drivers. However, recent legal cases, such as Tesla’s settlement with the family of a man killed in an Autopilot-related crash, underscore the complexities of liability and accountability in accidents involving autonomous technology.
