Apple’s announcement highlights the launch of Apple Intelligence in US English, with availability in the European Union on iPhones and iPads expected to begin in April. According to a statement from Apple, featured in an Irish newsroom post, the rollout will include core elements such as Writing Tools, Genmoji, a redesigned Siri with enhanced language understanding, and ChatGPT integration.

For EU users eager for early access, Apple Intelligence’s initial features can be experienced on Mac devices, provided they are upgraded to macOS Sequoia 15.1. This initial feature set includes AI-powered writing tools, upgrades to Siri, and email summaries within the Mail application.

Additionally, Apple disclosed plans for Apple Intelligence’s localized English debut in December for regions including Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the UK. This launch is anticipated to coincide with the release of iOS 18.2, which is expected to incorporate further enhancements like Siri’s ChatGPT upgrade.
