Marvel Unveils Next Year’s TV Release Dates

Published on

Late Tuesday night, a video emerged online containing a wealth of new Marvel information, cleverly concealed in a manner that is characteristic of Marvel. On the eve of the Agatha All Along finale, Marvel either intentionally or mistakenly released a lengthy montage of footage and release dates (or windows) for every Marvel show slated for Disney+ for the remainder of this year and through 2025.

Several of these shows, such as Daredevil, were previously announced, while others like Ironheart and Wonder Man were not as widely known.

The footage, which at the time of publication could be seen preceding the first episode of Agatha All Along on Disney+, begins with Daredevil: Born Again. This provides the first official look at the show, featuring characters Matt (Charlie Cox), Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio), Punisher (Jon Bernthal), and including a hallway fight scene.

Following this is Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, which emphasizes an old-school comic book animated style. Next is Ironheart, previously only showcased to a limited audience at the D23 Expo. This segment provides a glimpse of several characters, prominently featuring Riri (Dominique Thorne) in her new suit, depicting her flying through the streets and engaging in action that resembles big-screen movie scenes.

What If…? Season 3 and Marvel Zombies are briefly highlighted with just a few scenes. However, the greatest reveal is footage from Wonder Man starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, which had yet to be seen by the public. Despite encountering production delays, the show appears to promise an entertaining experience. Additionally, it is revealed that Ben Kingsley will reprise his role as actor Trevor Slattery from Iron Man 3 and Shang Chi, contributing to the buddy cop dynamic reminiscent of 48 Hours or Midnight Run.

The footage concludes with the first public glimpse of Eyes of Wakanda, which appears to be exceptional, followed by a montage of release dates.

Considering that the reveal includes the debut date for Deadpool & Wolverine on Disney+, it is speculated that the footage was intended for release after Agatha All Along aired on Wednesday. Nonetheless, the content is now accessible, sparking discussions on its details and potential implications.

The audience is encouraged to share their excitement and thoughts on these upcoming shows, contemplating how they might complement the movies heading to theaters, such as Captain America, Thunderbolts, and Fantastic Four.
