The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is preparing to issue a reprimand to billionaire Elon Musk for failing to appear for a scheduled testimony in September. The testimony was a part of the SEC’s investigation into Musk’s $44 billion acquisition of Twitter. According to a filing by the agency on Friday, Tesla’s CEO was supposed to testify in front of three SEC lawyers on September 10, but did not attend the session.
